Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Use the link in that email to follow your package in real time.
If your order was placed recently, it may still be in processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time.
If your tracking link is not showing movement after 5 business days, please contact us here with your order number.
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as your order ships. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to follow your delivery.
You can also track your order directly via:
- UPS (U.S. orders)
- DHL (standard international)
- FedEx (express international)
Please allow a few hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking to activate.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Our team begins processing orders immediately to dispatch as quickly as possible. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.
If your order has already shipped and you need to update a delivery address, please contact the carrier directly. Note that address changes may impact delivery timelines and may incur fees paid directly to the carrier.
My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We’re sorry to hear this. Please contact our support team here within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) received
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review and respond within 24–48 business hours.
I never received my order
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend taking the following steps:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Check any alternate delivery locations (mailroom, side door, etc.)
- Wait 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
If your package still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please file a claim directly with the carrier:
- U.S. orders: ups.com/claims
- International orders: Contact DHL or FedEx directly via their websites
Once your claim is submitted, please contact us here with your order number and a screenshot of your filed claim — we'll follow up from our end.

- All original tags and packaging are attached and intact
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
How do I return a U.S. order?
To start a U.S. return:
You’ll need your order number and the email address used at checkout.
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Please ship your return promptly after initiating the process.
Returns received outside the 14-day return window may not be accepted.
How do I return an international order?
To start an international return:
Return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes required to send the item back to the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs will be calculated and shown during the return process before you confirm.
Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend placing your new order first to secure the item before it sells out — then initiating a return for your original order.
My return was rejected — what happens now?
If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria (for example: signs of wear, damage, missing tags, missing packaging, or final sale), you’ll be notified by email.

My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
It’s normal for tracking to take a few hours to activate after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If there’s been no movement on your tracking for more than 5 business days, please contact us here with your order number and we’ll look into it.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, promotions, and archive sales, processing may take slightly longer.
